How I'm Enhancing My Routine in 2026

Exercise 

I have a wonderful walk run exercise routine that works for me it makes exercise purposeful, effortless and fun. 

Exercising at least once per week is a great way I am maintaining my weight. Exercise is fun and is a great way of staying motivated e day and balancing my healthy norms. My favorite exercises are Walk/Run, and Cardio.

Mindfulness, watching my diet, I have been a practicing vegetarian, for over 5 yrs and eating, an all plant based diet.

Wellness and means to me staying fit and healthy. Maintaining healthy weight, maintaining a healthy balance of exercise. 

My routine includes mindfulness, meditation, reading, self help and professional development books, and practicing within my Baptist Christian Faith religion.

Reading Books

I have renewed my love for reading when I was young in my Dad and Moms 2 Story home my Dad built for our family, ensuring we had a good upraising and completing our early school years as great parents. 

I had a Desk with a bookshelf. I would read books and check out books, and magazines from our school library and read books during the Summer time. This love of reading is being renewed, I now read one book per month, leisure and professional articles. I recently read this book, available on Amazon.
